All rates include accommodations, boats, motors, and unlimited gasoline. All cabins feature hot and cold running water and showers, propane stove, refrigerator, chest-type freezer, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and utensils, beds with innerspring mattresses, pillows, an inverter connected to the solar panels to provide 12V and USB power inside the cabin to power portable electronics and depth finders, and solar electric lights.
We supply potable water, ice, and satellite phones or emergency communication radios at no charge. If you are prepared to meet our flying schedule, which will enable us to utilize the aircraft for incoming and outgoing guests, flying is included in the rates quoted.

- All rates are quoted in United States (US) currency.
- Children aged 16 and under: Deduct 10 percent from per person rate.
- Deposits of $300 (US) per person are transferable given a 60-day notice. Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Our location is such that we do not have a large volume of traffic past our facilities. We must depend on advance reservations. Once a cabin is reserved, we remove it from the market refusing all other requests. A booking must be accompanied by a deposit within two weeks—if not the cabin becomes available to other anglers.
- Personal checks are acceptable for reservation deposit only. Your remaining balance must be paid with cash or cashier’s check only during the check flight.
- Harmonized sales taxes (HST) are extra. The total tax is 13 percent of the package price.
- Vehicle parking at the local air service base station is included in the price.
- Beer, soda, and potable water: If ordered at least three weeks in advance, will be delivered to your outpost ahead of time at no extra cost to you. Beverages are delivered during a previous group’s check flight and the weight does not count toward your limit with our contracted air service.
- Prior to your visit, we will send a detailed information package containing a helpful grocery list that you can use to plan your shopping for staple items, or it can be filled out and emailed to the local grocery store. The grocery store will prepare your order, charge it to your credit card, and deliver it to the airlines for a small fee. Any emailed orders from the local grocery store will be delivered to the airline service’s base station on the day prior to your outgoing flight. All perishables will be stored in a walk-in cooler located on-site. Many of our guests use this service to their satisfaction.
- The baggage limit is 100 lb. per person for week-long trip, and 75 lb. on the 3-6 day packages. Excess baggage fees are an extra $1.00 (US) per pound. Your baggage will be weighed by the air service prior to your flight to the outpost.
