After much back and forth freeze then thaw our bay has finally frozen over for the last time. No getting around it winter is really here.

Winter arrived with a vengeance and 12 inches of heavy wet snow. The old snow blower with the new engine took it all in stride.

We are back in Red Lake. This morning we had four otters sliding in the frost on the dock.
