    The ice is gone from Red Lake and we brought the airplane home yesterday. We will probably go to camp at the end of May just in time for the nice weather.

    The weather cannot make up its mind. We are teased with a warm day every now and then between days of just plain cold. Our bay has melted out but the main lake will probably last another week depending on sun, wind, and rain.

    Once again it is time for our annual spring photo. Full disclosure, for the two weeks preceding this photo all of the snow was gone. We had a couple of days of snow showers which dropped about three inches of snow. This snow cover will delay the melting of the ice.
