Scott D and Scott . fished Unnamed Lake August 22-29. Scott D in one day caught 10 northern over 30 inches. The biggest was 40 inches. The best spot was the bay near the cabin, where each of them caught a 40 incher.

Ryan completed a sign for the Shore Lunch Shack. Ken Smithson introduced a great many people to fishing at Goose Lake. Six people (five total new guys) fished below Whitedog falls today. They left camp just after 9 AM and returned just after 4 PM. One boat with two people caught…

New groups today. One boat (two fishermen) 150 fish total count. Then an evening of relaxing and socializing.

We are now getting into the swing of things. We have had several groups cross the border and the line ups are gone. The process is working.

Ryan and Eliza took the motors and all the assorted equipment over the portage for the Nechigona boats.

Ryan is back and caught the first fish. Finally a bit of good news. The Canada Border Service Agents have settled their dispute with the Canadian government and there will be no work slow down at the border.
