Today, we took a trip down south bay to check on the rice. It looks like a chance for a good crop. We will see what the weather does for the next 3-4 weeks. We might get to pick before the end of August.

The weather is a little cooler today but the fishing is hot. Several guests remarked that today was the best day of fishing they ever had. The photo is a 26 1/2 inch walleye at the Honey Hole. Yes, hundreds of nice walleyes every day in JULY.
