An approaching line of thunder storms caused the big walleyes to go into a feeding frenzy. Andy V landed a 26 inch walleye and a 27+ inch walleye back to back at the Honey Hole.

This week guests at Goose Lake are just hammering the walleyes. Best spots are The Wall, Joe’s Island, The Honey Hole ,and the Mid Lake Hump. The big northerns are entertaining the fishermen by attacking the walleyes they are trying to land.

Great weather and fishing the last couple of days. At Unnamed Lake as of Thursday with two days left to go, 15 Walleye over 25 inches including 27-, 29.5-, and 30.25-inchers.

The first week of fishing at Whitelaw is over and the walleye fishing was best right in front of the cabin. The first guests are in at Poirier, Unnamed, and Goose. Strangely enough the walleyes at Goose were off the wall in 22 feet of water. This location is usually best…
