A cold day today 50 F. This 28 inch walleye warmed things up for Brick. Bob and Brick were fishing northeast of Gas Can Rock in 20 feet of water.

Greg H who first fished Goose Lake when he was 12, caught this nice 43 inch northern while anchored behind the Two Sisters in six feet of water. The lure of choice was an orange jig that Greg found in a boat while fishing Nechigona the day before.

August proved to be a great month for northerns at Unnamed Lake. Jon landed 41 and 43 inchers. Both were caught on a Hot-n-tot lure.
