    We have been away visiting family. While we were gone winter came to Red Lake. Ryan stayed in Red Lake for some more moose and deer hunting. Our bay is frozen over but Red Lake is still open water. The forecast for next week is warmer with rain.

    The Red Lake Fall Classic Walleye Tournament started today. Ryan and his friend Tim used only five of the allotted nine hours fishing to post a limit good enough for third place. They need a good day tomorrow as well.
